Privacy policy for Główkuj
Version 1.1 — 14 October 2026.
Game progress stays on your device. From mobile version 1.1, AdMob ads process technical data described below. No account is required.
Who is responsible for the app
Główkuj is published under the niekazmuliczyc.pl brand. For anything to do with privacy, write to the address given on the contact page.
What data we process
The app does not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and does not request access to contacts, photos, the microphone or location. Results, streaks, difficulty, settings and daily puzzles are stored locally and are not sent to us. Your selected age group also stays on the device.
Notifications
If you switch on the workout reminder, the app schedules it locally on the device — nothing is sent over the network. You can turn the reminder off in the app settings or in the system settings.
In-app purchase
The app may offer a one-time purchase, “Glowkuj Plus”. It is handled entirely by the store (App Store or Google Play) — we never see or store any payment details. The only thing left after the purchase is a “Plus on” flag saved on the device, just like the rest of your progress (and it goes into a backup if you make one). Restoring the purchase on a new device also goes through the store.
Ads and analytics
Version 1.0 shows no ads. Native Android and iOS versions from 1.1 show banners after games and rewarded ads only when a player chooses them. We use Google AdMob and do not request personalized ads. Google's SDK may automatically process IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. On Android we remove access to the advertising ID. We check required consent before requesting ads; ad privacy options are available in app settings. See Google's privacy policy. The browser version of Glowkuj does not load AdMob.
Children
The app is also intended for students from about age 10. At first launch, the mobile app neutrally asks for an age group and stores only that category on the device. Ad requests for under-13s are marked as child directed, and age-of-consent restrictions apply to minors. All ad requests are non-personalized and limited to G-rated content.
Your data, your rights
We do not store game progress on our servers. See the data deletion page to remove local data. For data processed by Google, use the ad privacy options in the app and the controls described in Google's privacy policy.
Changes
Every change to this policy will be published at this address together with the date it takes effect. Earlier versions are not erased — a note about them stays at the bottom of the page.
